I don't know what the protocol is for this page's format, but is there any reason to maintain the "species overview" when all three subgenera seem to be fully populated?CalamusFortis (talk) 02:41, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

@CalamusFortis: Yes, there is. It's way more helpful to have all the genus' species concentrated alphabetically in one place, rather than going through all the subgenera to get the overall scope of the particular genus, or when searching for a particular species. This is also true regarding all the other "sub"s e.g. subfamilia, suborder, subtribus etc. Mariusm (talk) 05:55, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
