The tribal classification of this sub-family is based upon an unreliable source USDA: GRIN Taxonomy for Plants[1] (23 March 2006) and it only partially conforms with current evidence. However, the clades produced from recent molecular and morphological evidence are not always fully aligned with tribes (see references on the Araceae main page). Therefore an update of this sub-family will inevitably be a work in progress! Andyboorman (talk) 19:50, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
