the familia Pittosporaceae seems to be both in ordo Rosales and Apiales.

That depends on the fact that this wikispecies seem to follow both old "natural" systems such as Cronquist, Dahlgren, Takhtajan, Thorne and the alike, as well as incorporating the "phylogenetic" system proposed by APG. I have posted the families recognised by APG2 (Bot. J. Linn. Soc. (2003) 141: 399).
