Confusion on Authorship

There are conflicting stories on who authored Anopheles gilesi. I see in the reference publication on page 103 says Myzorhynchella gilesi Neiva (n. sp.) (9). In addition, Galvao, A. L. A. 1941. Contribuicão ao conhecimento das especies de Myzorhynchella (Diptera, Culicidae). Archivos de Zoologia do Estado de São Paulo. 2: 505-576. labels Neiva as author. Other than that, WRBU and Kitzmiller, J. B. 1982. Anopheline Names: Their Derivations and Histories. 639 pages. say Peryassú is the author...?
