Pavetta melanochroa Bremek., Repert. Spec. Nov. Regni Veg. 37: 105 (1934), pro 'sp. nov.'

• Type: L. Pierre 1248 (holo- or lectotype: P [cf. P03967311, with Bremekamp's detemination slip "Pavetta melanochroa Brem. ?"]; 'type': E00327818^(JSTOR) [collected in April 1870]).
• Type locality: CAMBODIA. Rancon, Samrong Tong.
