Basionym

• Lichen saxicola Pollich, Hist. pl. Palat. 3: 225 (1777)

Note: The nomenclature of the lobed Lecanora, has had two alternative Latin names, namely L. muralis Rabenh. and L. saxicola (Pollich) Ach.. - L. saxicola was found to be the correct name.   (Source: Laundon, 2010)
