This section provides common names in other languages and if possible links to wikipedia pages.
The structure of this section should look like:

Which will render as:

The two last links will show up as interwiki links in the sidebar.
That second list should be alphabetized (the first one does this automatically). For a complete list of language abbreviations see: meta:List of Wikipedias.
At the bottom of the page there is room to link to other projects of the Wikimedia foundation. See Wikispecies:Templates for an overview of templates that can be used to do so.
