Hello, my real name is Trần Nguyễn Minh Huy (with "Minh Huy" as given name). I'm from Japan, but Vietnam is where I was born. In addition to volunteer work in the non-profit Wikimedia projects, I also support the associations of Wikimedia movement in Japan and in Vietnam. Currently, I am working paid for a culture and labor company. I adore the culture of Japan and all other sides of this country (thus, a follower of anime, manga and various pop culture, which meaning an "otaku"). I also love historical wars (especially about World War II) and Japanese literature. I'm quite harmonious and peaceful, so please don't hesitate to talk with me if you need.
I'm an administrator on the Vietnamese Wikipedia and Vietnamese Wiktionary; Vietnamese Wikipedia is my home wiki, where I have over 60,000 contributes. My main task is anti-vandalism, answer user's questions and help newcomers get acquainted with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I particularly focus on patrolling photos/images, including the non-free contents, and have a good sense about Wikimedia's EDP. I regularly support for other Vietnamese sister projects, have served as temporary administrator on Vietnamese Wikiquote and Vietnamese Wikibooks.
I'm a very active member on cross-wiki issues/tasks, which mainly contribute to the Vietnamese translation for multilingual projects, such as Meta. I actively support for the Wikimedia movement on worldwide, both online and offline. For online works, I promote about WMF in many Internet places, and help clean up redundant contents on Wikimedia's backstage projects. For offline works, I introduce Wikipedia at universities in Japan, as well as to help community connections in this region. I also translated MediaWiki software interface on translatewiki.net. I have an account on Foundation wiki, and currently serving as a member of Response Team (OTRS).
