Name[edit]

Type locality: Australia, Queensland, Mt. Lewis Rd. via Julatten, 1000 m, rainforest, intercept trap.
Holotype: ANIC, ARC4045 (PCR failed), ♂, 11-XI-25-XII-1987.
Etymology: This epithet is an adjective based on the name of the type locality, Mt. Lewis.
