Type locality: Indonesia, West Nusa Tenggara Prov., Lombok, Santong, Rinjani-track, sample 1, S08°20.715', E116°19.695', 830 m.
Holotype: BZM ARC2274 (EMBL # LM655728), ♂, 24-III-2011.
Etymology: This epithet is based on the Latin adjective fulgidus (shining, gleaming) and refers to its vivid coloration.
