  • Holotype: BPBM 17988, adult ♀, killed by villagers, collected by F. Kraus on 23 February 2003.
  • Type locality: "Siyomu village, 10°01 S 149°35' E, 1300 m a.s.l., N slope Mt. Simpson, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea".
  • Paratype BPBM 17987, Siyomu village, 10°00'52" S 149°35'49" E, 1300 m a.s.l., N slope Mt. Simpson, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea.
  • Paratype BPBM 18165, same locality data as BPBM 17987.
