- Parameters:
- the first one (optional): title of chapter.
- the second one (optional): year of publication of this chapter.
- the third one (optional): range of pages of this chapter.
- the fourth one (optional): number from URL of page at BHL, e.g. "688452" will produce a link to http://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/688452
