I still think that prions fall firmly in the (extensive) field of protein misfolding diorders - it's almost splitting hairs to include prions here and not Alzheimers, Huntington's, etc. I'm not convinced there is anything to be gained by classifying little bits of misfolded protein as life-forms. --Purple 02:35, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
