Gnaphalon calycinum Lowe, Man. Fl. Madeira 1: 439. 1858. is given as synonym of Ph. rupestre by GCC and PlantList, but Lowe cites the basionym author Cavanilles and the name obviously relates to Phagnalon calycinum. --RLJ (talk) 19:15, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
