Stegastes pelicieri Allen & Emery, 1985

Holotype: WAM P.26522-002. [Paratypes: BMNH 1982.3.12.7 (1); BPBM 27983 (2); MNHN 1982-0126 (1); SAIAB [formerly RUSI] 1345 (2); USNM 231753 (1); WAM P.26520-002 (3), P.26522-001 (2)].

Type locality: Off Flic en Flac village, Mauritius, depth 6 meters.
