    • Designated by napp (2007:202).
  • Type location: Spain. Cultivated in Madrid, originally from Mexico.

      • Designated by Knapp (2013). The number 312 is a collection number, 481 is an excsiccata number from when the specimens were grouped by species and distributed.
    • Type location: United States of America. Texas: Comal County, New Braunfels, Aug 1846.
