Rex A. Jubb
Dr Rex A. Jubb (1905–1987), a South African born meteorologist originally based in Zimbabwe, later at Grahamstown, South Africa, who published Freshwater Fishes of South Southern Africa in 1967, and other books. He also described new taxa of African freshwater fishes.
