Holotype: ZMUC CRU-9561 - female
Type-locality: Kermadec Trench, NE of New Zealand; 35°51’S 178°31’W. Habitat: marine benthic, 6660-6770 m depth

Distribution[edit]

Found in the Kermadec Trench (Wolff, 1956, 1962).

Habitat[edit]

Deep-sea marine benthic species, found at depths of 5850-6770 m. The substrates were brown sand with clay and stones or brown clay with pumice (Wolff, 1956, 1962).
