• Typus: Rwanda, Préf. Ruhengeri, Parc Nat. des Volcans, seile Ngahinga-Muhavura, 2900 m, forêt de bambous à Pilea, Impatiens, fougère répandue peu fertile, 2 Aug 1974, Van der Veken 10600 (Holotype: GENT; isotypes: BR, LG, NAM, FI).
