  • Holotype: MLP.S 2609, adult ♂, collected by L.J. Ávila, D.R. Pérez, and C.H.F. Pérez, date unknown.
  • Type locality: “rocky environments of the northern Tromen Volcano massif, along Butacó Creek, on Provincial Road 37 (36°59’ S, 69°59’ W, 1810 m, datum = WGS 84), Pehuenches Department, Neuquén Province, Argentina”.
