Phyllodactylus partidus Dixon, 1966: 445

• Holotype: CAS 98429, adult ♂, collected by J.R. Dixon and Donald W. Tinckle on 18 August 1964.
• Type locality: “Isla Partida (N.), Baja California”, Mexico.

Combinations

• Phyllodactylus partitus Dixon, 1966: 445 [original spelling]

Nomenclatural note: Dixon used “partitus” in the text of his description (p. 445) but “partidus” in Figure 2 (p. 420). The name derives from the type locality (Isla Partida) and thus “partidus” seems to be a justified emendation.
