• Holotype: IEBR A.2012.1, adult ♂, collected by Phung My Trung on 30 April 2010.
• Type locality: “northern Vietnam, Lao Cai Province, Sa Pa District, Hoang Lien Mountain, 2900 m”.
• Paratype: ZFMK 92830, adult ♀, same collection data as the holotype.
