Type: U.S.A. Florida. Miami-Dade County: Everglades National Park, at west end of Ingraham Trail 16 kilometers from gate, 25o 19' N 80o 46' W, corticolous on Myrica cerifera, 8 March 2013, F. Seavey & J. Seavey 6135E (holotype: FNPS).
