• Typus: Greece, Kiklades "Mikonos, in vinetis et locis cultis", 4 Jul. 1901, Heldreich 1601 (Holotypus: G; isotypes: GB, JE, W, WU).
• Etymology: named in honour of Barbro Strid, wife of Arne Strid.
