Bloembergen] ([29 July 1939]; BO-1319034 ['holotype', but not cited in the protologue], L 0000924 ['isotype', but 'HOLO-TYPE' in the photocopy and being the only specimen cited in the protologue, lost by boatwreck in the Azores in 1998 during loan, vide Ridsdale 2008]; Isotypus: A; photocopy: L.3955633).
  • Type locality: [Indonesia.] Moluccas[Maluku], Sula Is. [(Sanama): near Tanjung Baliha.]
