Type locality: "Laitique on the banks of the river Pelechuco, ca. 5 hours downstream walking from the village of Pelechuco to Apolo, Provincia Franz Tamayo, La Paz, Bolivia, 14° 47´ 09 S, 69° 01´ 34 W, 2820 m".
Holotype: CBF 5491.
