- Holotype: V/M/ERS/653, adult ♂, body in alcohol with skull removed, collected by R. Chakravarty on 2 May 2021.
- Type locality: “Ansuya, Chamoli District, Uttarakhand (30°29’15.5” N, 79°17’29” E), at an elevation of 2000 m above sea level”.
