  • Holotype: MPEG 45560 (tissue CTGA-M 5898, field number RCA 24), adult ♂, stuffed skin, skull and skeleton, collected by Rodrigo Costa Araújo on 10 October 2015.
  • Type locality: “Boca do Crepori community (05º46′55″S, 57º15′14″W), right margin of the mouth of the Crepori River, Itaituba municipality, Pará State, Brazil”.
