Name

Macandrewia schusterae Carvalho & Xavier in Carvalho et al., 2020

Type locality: Gorringe Seamount.

Holotype: MNHN-IP-2018-87 (1988-09-26, Gorringe Seamount, beam trawl, CP28,36°28′N, 11°29’W, 605–675 m, Seamount 1 campaign).

Distribution: Gorringe, Tyro and Plato Seamounts between520 and 805 m depth.

Etymology: named after Astrid Schuster.
