- Type locality: “from km marker 95, Ruta Provincial 307, approximately 32 km (by road) from Tafí del Valle, Departamento Tafí del Valle, Provincia de Tucumán, Argentina (26°0.82’ S, 65°48.74’ W, 2820 m)”.
