  • Holotype: UNS 00513, adult ♂, collected by Dao T. A. Tran and Duong T. T. Le on 24 September 2011.
  • Type locality: “in dry stream bed in evergreen forest in Phuoc Binh National Park, Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam (12.0152° N, 108.7271° E, 900 m elevation)”.
