Name[edit]

  • Hydrophis jerdonii (Gray, 1849)

Holotype: BMNH 1946.1.10.11 (formerly BMNH III.8.1.a), adult ♂, collected by T.C. Jerdon between 1836–1852.

Type locality: “Madras”.
