- Type locality: AUSTRALIA: Sadliers 185, technique: pitfall trap.
- Holotype: NMV T-20013, ♂, 17–24.11.2005, collector L.J. Thomson.
- Etymology: The new species is dedicated to Dr Linda J. Thomson, researcher of the Zoology Department, University of Melbourne. She collected this new species.
