Hyloxalus toachi (Coloma, 1995)

Type locality: "Finca Gloria, 15 km NW Alluriquín (5 km NW of La Florida), 0° 15´ S, 79° 01´ W, 950 m, Provincia Pichincha, Ecuador".

Holotype: QCAZ 1437.
