Hosts[edit]

Lepidoptera: Euthrix potatoria L. (Lasiocampidae), Spilosoma lubricipedum L. (Arctiidae), Simyra albovenosa Goeze (Noctuidae), Vanessa atalanta L. (Nimphalidae).

Biology[edit]

Eggs deposition: larvae. Emerge: pupae.

Hibernation[edit]

Female not hibernated as adult.

Ecology[edit]

(For Eastern Europe):

Biotopical preference: In preference in the forest ecosystems (mainly in the coniferous forests, pine and spruce). In leaf wood and mixed forests they are being met individually.

Seasonal activity: Females is observed from the middle of June to the middle of September with peak of activity in August. Males has similar character with peak in July-August (Tereshkin, 2011, 2014).
