Hemihomonym is a term for names with the same spelling from different nomenclature jurisdictions. See wikipedia:Homonym (biology)#Hemihomonyms.

Example with the genus name Oenanthe:

  • Oenanthe Vieillot, 1816 (Animalia, Aves, Muscicapidae)

These names are hemihomonyms; they are valid under their respective codes of nomenclature (ICNafp for algae, fungi, and plants, and ICZN for animals).
