- Pachyrhamma Brunner von Wattenwyl: Pachyrhamma novaeseelandiae Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1888 [=Hadenoecus edwardsii Scudder, 1869], by subsequent designation of Hutton (1900: 21, 'The type of Pachyrhamma is by description Pleioplectron cavernae, but by figure it is Pachyrhamma fascifer; consequently, I suppose that I am at liberty to select one or the other. I take the figure of P. fascifer (= novae-zealandiae) as the type, for to do otherwise would entail the making of a new generic term for it')
