[edit]Epimeria inermis Walker, 1903
- Holotype: BMNH 1903.10.5.19, female.
- Type locality: British Antarctic Expedition 1898–1900, RV Southern Cross: Cape Adare, Ross Sea. Depth: 51 m (28 fathoms).
- Etymology: from Latin inermis (unarmed), referring to the absence of the blade-like prolongations of the 4th and 5th side-plates that are found in the other species of the genus.
