Embia pandateriensis Cianferoni & Ceccolini, 2024

Type locality: ITALY: Lazio: Latina Province, Ventotene Municipality, Ventotene Island, surroundings north-west of Cala Rossano.

Holotype: MZUF, ♂, M.F. Zampetti leg., 4.VII.1995.

Etymology: The species is named after the name Pandateria (from Παντατ´ηρια [Pantateria] in Ancient Greek), which Romans used to call the island of Ventotene, the place of origin of the known specimen; adjective.
