    • Cryptonemia umbraticola E.Y.Dawson, 1959
      • Type locality: 05º53'N, 162º05'W; off Sand Island, Palmyra Atoll.
      • Holotype: Dawson; 20 October 1958; in shadowy holes at 20-25 foot (-6-7.5 m) depths around massive coral heads. UC EYD 19423 (fig. 62 in Kraft & Saunders 2014).
