- Holotype: WAM M31335, adult ♂, skin and skull, collected by Maharadatunkamsi, Darrell John Kitchener and Richard Alfred How on 15 May 1988.
- Type locality: “Desa Belo, Jerewah, West Sumbawa island, NusaTenggara Barat, Indonesia (8°52'S, 116°50'E); altitude ca. 40 m”.
Native distribution areas
[edit]- Indonesia: Bali, Lombok, Moyo, Sumbawa, Sangeang, Komodo, Flores, Sumba, Adonara, Lembata, Pantar, Alor, and Wetar.
