  • Type locality: Turkey, "found growing on the Mourad-dagh, which towers so majestically over the highlands of Oushak (Ushak), some thirty miles to the north-east of this well-known carpet manufacturing centre"

      • Typus: Turkey, Efendikoprüsü to Gediz, in Pinus and Cistus with Scilla bifolia, 1200 m, 31 Mar. 1973, T.Baytop ISTE 23990 (Holotypus. K; isotypus: ISTE).
