  • Type: ‘South West Africa, Grootfontein, 5 mls east from Otavi, locally common in dolomite rock crevices, S aspect, 5200 ft, 16 July 1954’, E.A.C.L.E. Schelpe 4820 (Holotype: BOL 128017, BOL 128043; isotypes: GH, K 000435531, MO, PRE 0616533).
