Chaenothecopsis nana Tibell, 1979


Life habit: Saprophytic fungus related to either lichens or lichenicolous fungi.

Substrate and ecology: Saprobic on the bark or more rarely wood of conifers (or rarely on that of deciduous trees).

Locality: Sweden.

Note: Chaenothecopsis nana is easily mistaken for Mycocalicium subtile.
