Capoeta mauricii Küçük et al., 2009

Holotype: FFR 3800. Paratypes: FFR 3801 (14).

Type locality: Sanöz Stream, 1 kilometer west of Beyşehir, Lake Beyşehir drainage, Konya Province, Turkey.

Etymology: Named in honor of Swiss ichthyologist Maurice Kottelat, for his contribution to the knowledge of European and Asian fishes. (From The ETYFish project)
