- Type locality: from Citrus, in the area of Rharb (Morocco).
- Holotype: IRSNB, ♀.

[edit]- Lorryia formosa auctorum might be a different species.
- Species was re-measured by Fletchmann (1987).
- Sometimes misspelled Lorrya formosa (Saharaoui, L. & Gourreau, J.-M. (1998), Thoreau-Pierre B. (1977)).
