Holotype: UTA A-33641, by original designation.

Type locality: 4 km (airline) SSE San Vicente Pacaya on W slope Volcán de Pacaya, between 2000 and 2050 m, Depto. Escuintla, Guatemala (14.585821 N, 90.609385 W).
