  • Holotype: BMNH 1905.5.31.103, adult ♀, collected by W.F.H. Rosenberg, date unknown.
  • Type locality: “Culata, 9,810 feet (3,000 meters), Cordillera de Mérida, Estado de Mérida, Venezuela”.
