Betaphycus philippinensis Doty, 1995

  • Type locality: Eastern Sorsogon Province, Philippines.
  • Holotype: Doty 33052; BISH 636-903. (preparation of four herbarium sheets, each bearing selected fronds from about 5 kg of dried thalli, 1987-10 & 1987-11. Cystocarpic and tetrasporic). Isotypes: BISH, MELU.
