Bathybadistes andrewsi Merrin, Malyutina et Brandt, 2009

Holotype: NIWA 23810 - male
Type locality: Bellona Trough, Tasman Sea, New Zealand; 41°19.2'S, 166°27.9'E. Habitat: marine benthic, 3253–3347 m depth
Paratypes: NIWA 23811 - 6 females, 5 males and 3 fragments
